Inner city location, minutes from Perth City

The IT Guys (WA) computer is just a few minutes from West Perth and the Perth city. No need to make a booking we’ll quickly get your details when you arrive. If you wish to drop off or pickup outside of these hours please 08 6118 2601 to make a booking and we will try and accommodate you.

Inspection and Testing

If you bring your Computer, Laptop, PC, Printer, Mac or Device to our office and we need to carry out testing, internal examination or detailed investigation, we will requires a none refundable charge of $66 (inc GST) in advance which includes hardware testing and scanning and a detailed report including repair or replacement cost. We will contact you and discuss our findings with you before we carry out any repairs or replace any parts. If you decide not to go ahead with the repairs you will have no more to pay.

Most fixes can be turned around within 1 to 2 days but if parts are required from interstate or overseas there could be a delay of 3 to 10 working days.

We understand how much you rely on your computer. That’s why we treat every job as urgent. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way and let you know immediately if there are any delays.
