Apple and Apple Authorised service centers have been told not to repair any iMac, Mac, Air or Macbook over 5 years old (Vintage or Obsolete)
Although we are not privy to Apple’s reasoning, due to the fact that recent models have been designed NOT to be upgradable, we are under the impression that Apple would like you to buy a new Apple computer at least every five years.
Luckily for you The IT Guys (WA) are not restricted by this, even though we employ qualified and authorised Apple technicians, so we can work on Apple computers of any age and specialise in repairing and upgrading “vintage” and “obsolete” (over 5 years old) Mac Computers and Laptops.
