Having issues sending emails to people with @.net.au or @westnet.com.au accounts?

The IT Guys have been getting calls of late regarding such issues.

Yes, we can .

In this case the problem was caused by a misconfigured SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record in Microsoft .

Up until 2021 iiNet and Westnet mail servers were not strictly enforcing the SPF policy on their incoming mail servers. Once they tightened the policy incoming emails from poorly configured email accounts, started being rejected. This could be the reason why you are only just experiencing such issues.

The IT Guys and specifically our sister company are experts in the setup and troubleshooting of domain, DNS and email issues. Drop either one of them a line and we can quote you on fixing these issues for you.
