Q – Why am I not receiving emails into my iinet or account?

In this case the problem was caused by a misconfigured SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record in Hosted Exchange.

Up until iiNet and Westnet mail were not strictly enforcing the SPF policy on their incoming mail servers. Once they tightened the policy incoming emails from poorly configured email accounts, started being rejected. This could be the reason why you are only just experiencing such issues.
