Inspection and Testing
If you bring your Computer, Laptop, PC, Printer, Mac or Device to our office and we need to carry out testing, internal examination or detailed investigation, we will requires a none refundable charge of :assess-fee: (inc GST) in advance which includes hardware testing and virus scanning and a detailed report including repair or replacement cost.
We will contact you and discuss our findings with you before we carry out any repairs or replace any parts. If you decide not to go ahead with the repairs you will have no more to pay.
Most fixes can be turned around within 1 to 2 business days but if parts are required from interstate or overseas there could be a delay of 3 to 10 working days.
We understand how much you rely on your computer. That’s why we treat every job as urgent. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way and let you know immediately if there are any delays.
