A Security update is currently crashing computers when you print

11th March 2021

This is caused by Windows Update

Please DO NOT install the update ….for now (in a week or so time we are confident Microsoft will have addressed the issue)

If already installed this is how you can uninstall it

In the command prompt, enter the following command:

wusa /uninstall /kb:5000802

or go to Settings > Update & Security > View Update History > Uninstall Updates

and select KB5000802 and click on the “uninstall” button

Select the version appropriate to your version of and download and run the update manually.

You may also want to try installing , , depending on your current version of , if KB5001649 does not the issue.
