2010 should not be used with mailboxes over 50GB

Although Microsoft Hosted Exchange mailboxes of 100Gb or more are available (Hosted exchange Plan 1 – 50GB, Hosted Exchange plan 2 – 100GB), it is advisable to upgrade to the latest version of Outlook (Office 365 or Office 2019) if your mailbox size exceeds 50GB

By default, Personal Folders (.pst) and offline Data File (.ost) files are in Unicode format in 2010 and 2013. The overall size of and .ost files has a preconfigured limit of 50 GB.

See here

This limit is larger than the limit for Unicode and .ost files in 2007 and Outlook 2003. The new Outlook file size limit of 50 GB can be increased or decreased by making changes to the registry.
